ACCOMMODATION
All accommodation is in comfortable shared and small dormitory-style rooms with individual storage, with minimal single rooms available. All bed linen is provided and will be laundered regularly; however, students must bring their own towels.
If your child would like to share a room with a friend or family member who is also attending the camp, we do our best to accommodate these requests as long as they are the same gender and within two years of each other. Requests can be made via the booking form or online portal, and requests must be made at least four weeks before camp. We will do our best to honour any such requests where a shared room is available. If rooms are single, we will offer them rooms next to each other.
Boarding houses are organised by age groups to ensure each player is surrounded by their peers. Where rooms are shared and no room-share requests are made, we will allocate players to rooms with others of a similar age. They may or may not be sharing with someone who speaks their native language. If you would like your child to share with someone who doesn’t speak their native language, you can request this in the camp booking form.
